Zapier integration review

Send a review submission

This example sends a real submission to the dedicated html.contact review account. Use example data only. Email notifications are disabled for this form.

In Zapier, select New Accepted Submission and the form Zapier Review Contact Form. Enable your Zap before submitting to test a live run. The same form supplies real samples in the Zap editor.

One file, up to 4 MB. Map Attachment File to your destination's file field. Use a record-only Zap when testing without a file.

Downloaded files are copied to Zapier and your destination app. Revoking access cannot recall those copies. Delivery is at least once; use the submission ID for an upsert when your destination supports it.
