Only accepted submissions count. Blocked spam, failed domain checks, and rejected requests do not use your submission volume.

Common pricing questions

Clear answers about limits, spam, attachments, and routing.

What counts as a submission?

An accepted submission is a valid form post that passes source, spam, usage, and delivery-path checks. It counts once against your plan volume.

Do spam or rejected requests count toward my limit?

No. Blocked spam, failed domain checks, honeypot hits, and rejected requests do not use your submission volume.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

New valid submissions are blocked by the usage limit until you upgrade. Existing submissions and logs stay available.

Do CC and BCC count as extra submissions?

No. One accepted submission counts once, whether it emails To only, To + CC, or To + CC + BCC.

Are attachments included?

Yes. Every plan supports one attachment per valid submission, up to 4 MB.

Are logs, exports, and API access included on every plan?

Yes. Submission logs, CSV and JSON exports, and API access are included on every plan. Paid plans only add accepted submission volume.

Can I use this with plain HTML or AI-built sites?

Yes. Use a normal HTML form action on static pages, frontend frameworks, no-code sites, and AI-built sites.

Do I need a backend?

No. html.contact handles the endpoint, source-domain checks, spam screening, email delivery, and logs.
